This is a live, not online auction.  Gardner Galleries will bid for absentee bidders in competition with those in attendance and other absentee and telephone bidders, attempting to purchase the item(s) as reasonably as possible.  Buyer's premium of 17% (2% discount if paying by cash or debit within 14 days of sale) and HST will be added to the purchase price.  Measurements are approximate, height preceding width.  Unless mentioned otherwise all paintings are framed.  Works of art are guaranteed to be the listed artist for thirty days following the auction unless the description includes 'attributed', 'after' or 'in the style of'.  The pre-sale estimates are intended as a guide only; any item may sell for well above or below the estimate.
