Titled verso "Path to Reva's House", signed lower left, oil on panel, 22.9 x 30.5cm (9 x 12in); Provenance: private collection, Chatham; Hortense Crompton Mattice Gordon, Canadian, 1887-1961; Gordon was in France in the late 1920's, which is likely when this work was executed, showing striking resemblances in colour and technique to her 1927 painting titled "The Quarry, Cherbourg, France"
