A large-scale impressionist style oil circa late 20th century depicting a woman with children on a beach with balloons, signed "Andrew" lower right, oil on canvas displayed in a costly 1.12 x 1.36m (44 x 53 1/2in) custom frame - note this and the next two lots are from the same Ontario collection
