Aircraft of the Fighting Powers (Vol. I), compiled by H.J. Cooper and O.G. Thetford, and edited by D.A. Russell, and published 1941; the book contains photographs and plans of 88 aircraft of Great Britain, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Holland, Belgium, and U.S.A; the book is also fascinating in that there are several advertising pages at the beginning for model planes, kits, and aviation books; the pages, illustrations and plans in excellent condition but cover spine in need of some repair

Country Life Picture Book of the Lake District (England), published in 1953 at London; the book contains a map of the areas and replete with stunning 25 x 20cm (9 7/8 x 7 7/8in) black and white photographic plates of places and life throughout the district; in good condition green hardcover with gold titling on front and spine with all photographs in perfect condition
