An extremely rare telescope circa 1820 made by Dolland with 1.3m (51in) tapering mahogany barrel for day objects on draw tube, 7.6cm (3in) diameter lens with collapsible field tripod, height approximately 1.52m (60in); also included is an antique brass library tripod with cabriole legs, made for indoor use; note the last 3 photographs show the telescope mounted to the smaller brass library tripod
