A complete example circa 1900 and exceedingly rare, with set of trepans and brace for surgical boring of holes in the skull to tap off cranial pressure, together with extra screws and brackets for skull fractures, made by the Kny-Scheerer Co., housed in fitted case measuring 6.4 x 26.7 x 16.5cm (2 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 6 1/2in)
