Where the term "attributed" appears, Gardner's believe the work may be by the listed artist but offered without any guarantee. Unless mentioned otherwise, measurements of the image are height by width, frame size not included.  A sincere effort has been made to mention any flaws but auctioneers still suggest taking advantage of viewing days.  Condition of frames not guaranteed.
