SPRING 2020 FINE ART AUCTION

Buyer's Premium:

17% (2% discount on cash or debit) and HST added to all purchases

Successful bidders will receive an email immediately after this auction regarding payment and pickup instructions.  Gardner Galleries has resumed regular business hours and customers are permitted to enter our building to settle and receive purchases the week of May 25th (Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm).  For those unable to come in person, payments can be made offsite by eTransfer, or by telephone.  Social distancing is being implemented inside the building and curbside pickup is also available.

This auction features a selection of important works by prominent Canadian, American and European artists.  Condition reports by email and telephone will be available the week of May 18th - please contact our office for more information.

Where the term "attributed" appears in the title or description, Gardner's believe the work may be by the listed artist but offered without any guarantee; where "after", "speculative", "style of", "school of" or "bears signature" appear, Gardner's believe the work is not by the listed artist.  Unless mentioned otherwise, measurements of the image are height by width, frame size not included.  A sincere effort has been made to mention any flaws but Gardner Galleries still suggest taking advantage of viewing days.  Condition of frames are not guaranteed.

*Please note shipping of larger paintings (typically any work the frame size of which exceeds 81cm square or 32 x 32in) is not available through Canada Post.  Please contact us for a free shipping quote or more information prior to bidding.

Viewing

At Gardner Galleries Tuesday to Friday during active bidding, from 10:00am to 2:00pm each day or by appointment; if unable to attend in person, please contact our office for condition reports
