A sincere effort has been made to catalogue or photograph any major flaws; however, everything must be offered "as is".  Viewing in person is strongly recommended and condition reports for any lot in this auction are available by telephone or email.  

Shipping via Canada Post for larger items is not available for this auction. It is advised to contact our office for a complimentary shipping quote prior to bidding.
