Extremely fine, like new anodised brass sextant with silvered scale running out to 150 degrees and engine divided to 1/10 degree, vernier with magnifier taking that to one arc second; complete with all original eye pieces; signed for Gray and Keen, the address is very rare as it indicates their primary address as Strand Canning Dock; the sextant has a radius of 19.1cm (7 1/2in) with an arc circle of 25.4cm (10in), the mahogany case with initials measures 26.7cm (10 1/2in) square x 12.7cm (5in) deep; Certificate of Examination inside case
