Hudson & Co., Birmingham, England, complete with tunic button strap; a few scratches and tiny dents from its war experience, property of veteran family ancestor of the seller; the whistle is still in working order with original ear-piercing sound necessary to signal troops to move forward out of the trenches to attack the enemy; two other similar examples have come up for sale in 2022 for $225.00, and currently at 160 Pounds
