BROWN ESTATE ANTIQUE FURNITURE

Buyer's Premium:

17% (2% discount on cash or debit)

Featuring antique furniture including an extensive selection of figured maple all from the Dr. Maurice and Muriel Brown estate of Wallaceburg, Ontario without additions from other sources. This is one of five online sessions for the Brown estate collections, the balance will be posted in the near future.

A sincere effort has been made to catalogue or photograph any major flaws; however, everything is offered "as is" as all of the furniture is antique and viewing is recommended. Upholstered furniture appears to have been professionally re-covered with modern fabrics at considerable cost. Condition reports are also available by telephone or email. Measurements of furniture are typically height by width by depth.

Shipping via Canada Post for larger items, including furniture, is not available for this auction; however, delivery of furniture may be arranged from Windsor to Toronto. It is advised to contact our office for a complimentary shipping quote prior to bidding.
