BLACK ESTATE ART COLLECTION

Buyer's Premium:

22% (2% discount for payments by cash, certified cheque or bank draft)

Gardner Galleries have received instructions to offer with no reserve the art collection from the estate of Hugh Black without additions from other sources, removed from his north London residence.  Some highlights include two oil paintings by Frank Panabaker, original theatre motion picture posters (2001 - A Space Odyssey, Diamonds are Forever, Bullitt and others), English watercolours and an extensive collection of original etchings (Manly MacDonald, J.W. Beatty, Zorn and many others).

Where the term "attributed" appears, Gardner's believe the work may be by the listed artist but offered without any guarantee; where "after", "speculative", "style of", "school of" or "bears signature" appear, Gardner's believe the work is not by the listed artist.  Unless mentioned otherwise, measurements of the image are height by width, frame size not included.  Condition of frames are never guaranteed.

*Please note shipping of larger paintings (typically any work the frame size of which exceeds 81cm square or 32 x 32in) is not available through Canada Post.  Please contact our office for a free shipping quote prior to bidding.
